Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the reasonability of perioperative application of antibacterial drugs in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital.METHODS: In retrospective survey, 823 cases of type Ⅰ incision operation in a hospital during Sept.2009 and Aug.2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The prophylactic perioperative application rate of antibacterial drugs in type Ⅰ incision operation reached to 91.01％.The single and combined medication rates were 83.84％ and 7.17％.Cefotiam, cefuroxime, piperacillin/sulbactam were in the top 3 place in the list of frequency of antibacterial drugs use.CONCLUSION: The perioperative application of the antibacterial drugs in the hospital is unreasonable, such as irrational utilization and long administration.Standardized administration should be improved.关键词
