Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the development of clinical pharmaceutical care in our hospitalt, to ensure safe, economical and effective use of drugs, and to improve medical quality.METHODS: Two pharmacists arranged by the committee of clinical pharmacology weekly were responsible for clinical departments, to follow the doctors and listen to the morning report on the situation of patients in different infected patch.These pharmacists also participated in ward inspection and focused on key patients with drug use monitoring.Quality Control Monthly and Clinical Drug News were compiled and pressed.In view of the unreasonable or reasonable medical history and drug database, the committee of clinical pharmacy was organized to appraise and reply the issues related to drug-use questioned by doctors.RESULTS&CONCLUSION: The initiative to consult the pharmacist in medicine treatment improves the rationality and validity of medicine treatment, and reduces the doctor-patient dispute and medical expense.关键词
