摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] The research aimed to establish the gene transformation system of Agrobacterium-mediated soybean HS transcription factor. [ Method] The plasmid HS/pCB302 which had HS transcription factor gene was the expression vector, and Longxuan No. 1 soybean was the material. The herbicide concentration and the explant were selected. Moreover, the preincubation experiment of gene transformation was done. [ Result] The soybean stem was selected as the explant. When the herbicide (5 mg/L) was added into the medium, the highest transformation efficiency which was 22.3% was gained in the condition without the preincubation. [ Conclusion ] The gene transformation system provided the basis for the breeding of soybean which had the salt and drought resistance.
