Research on the Tissue Culture of Spathiphyllum floribundum and Its Rapid Multiplication

Abstract
[ Objective ] The technical support for the industrialization development of Spathiphyllumfloribundum was provided through the establishment of the rapid multiplication system based on the research on the method of its tissue culture. [ Method ] The terminal bud and axillary bud of tender branch of Spathiphyllum floribundum were used as the explants and the different media and the different hormone compose in the medium were experimented in the selection of induction medium, subculture medium and rooting medium. And also, the adaptability of plantlet in greenhouse and its transplanting were experimented. So, the rapid multiplication system of Spathiphyllum floribundum was set up.[ Result ] The results showed that the suitable medium for callus induction was MS + 6-BA of 2.0 mg/L + NAA of 0. 05 mg/L + 2,4-D of 0.25 mg/L + sucrose of 30％, the best subculture was MS + 6-BA of 5.0 mg/L + NAA of 0. 02 mg/L + sucrose of 30％ and the best rooting medium was MS + IBA of 0.5 mg/L. Under the established rapid multiplication system and then supplemented by appropriate external conditions, the survival rate of the acclimatization transplanting of Spathiphyllumfloribundum seedlings could reach above 95％. [ Conclusion]The research provided technical support of the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Spathiphyllumfloribundum.关键词
