垂体肿瘤转化基因在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression and significance of PTTG in colorectal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the roles of pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma. Method RT-PCR and immunohistochemical method were used to examine the expression of PTTG mRNA and PTTG protein in 80 colorectal carcinoma tissues and 20 normal mucosa tissues, the correlation between which and clinical and pathologic parameters were analyzed. Results Expression of PTTG mRNA and protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues were both signifycantly higher than those in normal mucosa tissues ( both P ＜ 0.01 ); both the expression of PTTG mRNA and protein were positively correlated with depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and Duke＇s stage.Conclusions The high expression of PTTG may improve the occurrence and development of coloreetal cancer;It could be a predictive and prognostic factor of colorectal carcinoma.关键词
