Comprehensive Evaluation of Investment Environment in Each County in Zhoukou City Based on the Principal Component Analysis Method
根据综合性、协调性和可操作性的原则,采用<河南省统计年鉴>(2009年)的最新数据,通过多要素主成分分析法,对周口市县域投资环境进行了综合评价,并提出了周口市县域投资环境的优化思路.
Based on the comprehensive and coordination and operability principles and by dint of the latest data from Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province (2009) and multi-factor principal component analysis,this paper comprehensively evaluated the investment environment of each county in Zhoukou city. In addition,the paper probed into the assumption of the improvement and optimization of county investment environment of Zhoukou City.
