川贝母叶高效诱导愈伤组织体系的研究
Study on the High Efficiency Callus Induction System by Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don Leaves
摘要
Abstract
The callus was rapidly inducted with Fritillaria cirrhosa leaves as the explants, which produced a large amount of tissue culture with high content of effective components, laying foundation for expanding and improving the utilization ratio of the F. cirrhosa plant resource.Through comparing the effects of different leaf age, form parts, inoculation methods and culture temperature on the callus, the best conditions for the callus induction of Fritillaria cirrhosa were obtained. Results indicated that, the morphological bottom of the 7d leaves was chosen as the explants, which was inserted directly into the medium and then cultured under variable temperatures, the callus induction rate could reach up to 95.20%.关键词
