摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to establish the method to determine Vc content in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.. [ Method ] The method of RPHPLC was adopted to determine the Vc content in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.. [ Result]A good linearity was seen of Vc within the range of 0.112- 1.120 mg/ml with an average recovery of 99.29%. [ Conclusion ] RP-HPLC is simple and rapid with good reproducibility, which could be used for the quality control of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.关键词
