糖尿病足患者延误就医原因的质性研究
Qualitative Research of Treatment Delay of Patients with Diabetic Foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore factors inflencing treatment delay and to provide reference for health education for diabetic foot patients. Methods Qualitative research together with semi-structural and structural interview was applied to obtain information from 12 cases of diabetic foot accompanying with foot ulcers and cut the lambs and category analysis was carried out to analyze the result.Results Five major factors influencing treatment delay of diabetic foot patients were lacking knowledge of early prevention,cognitive errors and bad behavior, psycbological factors, environmental and social factors, economic and medical security situation.Conclusion In order to reduce treatment delay of diabetic foot patients, wide health education should be promoted. Meanwhile,talents of foot nursing should be cultivated as well.关键词
