摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of two-way evaluation in pediatric ICU specialized nurse training.Methods Selfdesigned questionnaires and field observation were applied to evaluate teaching ability of teachers and theoretical knowledge,practical ability and clinical comprehensive ability of all trainees and continuous improvements of evaluation tools, curriculum structure and teacher team were performed.Results The trainee's evaluation to teachers ot 3rd period was higher than those ot the first 2 periods (P<0.01).The theoretical and practical ability of trainees after the training were obviously better than before (P<0.01)with a conprehensive clinical score of (92.14±3.15).The content of courses, class hours, teaching ability, patterns of teaching were improved according to the evaluation results.Conclusion Two-way evaluation benefits teaching effect and continuous improvement of training mode for pediatric ICU specialized nurse training.
