实习护生标准预防行为依从性影响因素研究

Abstract
Objective To understand nursing students' compliance of standard precaution and to explore related influencing factors.Methods Questionnaires including general information questionnaire, standard precaution knowledge questionnaire, standard precaution attitude questionnaire and standard precaution behavior compliance questionnaire were applied to survey 950 practical nursing students with stratified random sampling. Pearson and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were carried out. Results The scores of knowledge, attitudes and behavior compliance of standard precaution among nursing students were (26.05 ±9.53)、(112.09±19.24)、(114.05±21.92), scoring rates were 62％, 66％, 59％ respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that major influencing factors included perceiving of standard precaution behavior barrier, cognitive approach of knowledge, knowledge, needle stick injuries, perceiving of favorable conditions of standard precaution, educational background, the grade of practicing hospital, selfefficacy assessment. Conclusion The compliance of standard precaution among nursing students was poor. Educational background,clinical practice, knowledge, skills and attitude of and to standard precaution should be attached great importance.关键词
