复方苦参注射液改善肝癌患者微波凝固治疗后不良反应的观察
An observation of side effect of compound Kushen injection on liver cancer with microwave coagulation therapy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the side effect of compound Kushen injection on liver cancer with microwave coagu lation therapy. Methods Eighty-eight cases of liver cancer were divided into treatment group and control group. Forty-two patients as treatment group were received microwave coagulation therapy with compound Kushen injection, other 46 patients underwent only microwave coagulation therapy. The side effect of pain, fever and reaction of digestive were observed and compared in two groups. Results The occurrence rates of pain, fever and the reaction of digestive canal were 69.0％, 64.3％and 52.4％ in compound Kushen injection treatment group, and 78.3％ , 91.3％ and 67.4％ in control group. There were statistical difference between two groups( all P ＜ 0.05 ). None drug-related side effect was observed in two groups. Conclusion It demonstrated that the compound Kushen injection was a safety, available traditional Chinese drugs, and was effective for relieving pain, fever and the reaction of digestive canal on liver cancer with microwave coagulation therapy, it could improve patients life quality.关键词
