摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the content determination method of salvianolic acid B in Jingzhi Guanxin Tablet by HPLC. Methods:C18 colum was adpoted at the column temperature 25℃ ，the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-methanoic acid-water (10∶30∶0.5∶59.5)with flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results :The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC, The results showed good linear relationship, the average recovery rate was 98.51％ and RSD value was 1.72％(n=6). Conclusion:The established method is convenient and feasible and accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Jingzhi Guanxin Tablet.关键词
