摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore serum immunoglobulins and hs - CRP's level and clinical significance on the early stage of HFMD in children. Methods Testing serum immunoglobulins ( IgG, IgM, IgA ) and hs - CRP's level on admission of 60 HFMD children patients, and selecting 60 healthy children as control group. Results Level of IgM in observation group on HFMD's early stage were significantly higher than control group ( t = 5. 22, P ＜ 0. 05 ), yet level of IgG and IgA were significantly lower than control group ( t = 2. 99 and t = 3. 49, P ＜ 0. 05 ), and level of hs - CRP were significantly higher than control group ( t = 5. 06, P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The level of IgM and hs - CRP in observation group were significantly higher than control group, yet level of IgG and IgA were significantly lower than control group, and combined testing method has some clinical values to early diagnosis of HFMD.关键词
