摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish the method for measuring the content of gentiopicroside of soothing liver pill . METHODS: HPLC method. ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) as chromatographic column,using acetonitrile-water(8∶92) as mobile phase, flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, column temperature: 30 ℃， detection wavelength: 274 nm. Results: Gentiopicrin in the range of 0.009-0.180 g.mL-1 has a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 99.2％, RSD％=0.75％. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quantitative analysis of gentiopicroside in this preparation.关键词
