摘要
Abstract
A retrospective analysis of the characteristics of hypokalaemia in psychotic inpatients was carried out in this paper. There were 191 patients with hypokalaemia of the total, with an incident rate of 4.6％ and schizophrenia patients accounting for 74.9％,among which old and middle-aged people were main groups with hypokalaemia and with a peak in summer and autumn. Mostly,hypokalaemia was diagnosed through test. Basically, patients were accompanied with gastrointestinal symptoms and other clinic symptoms. Regular reexamination of serum potassium of psychotic patients and monitoring in summer and autumn were recommended.Great importance should be attached to old and middle-aged psychotic patients who had been hospitalized for more than half a year.关键词
