Abstract
Objective To effectively reduce the occurence of incidents and to ensure successful completion of nursing students'practice.Methods With the concept of safety culture, a management model of a “combination of hospitas and school”, “school's responsibility” and “parental involvement” was established and applied to the management of 298 nursing students of Grade 2009.Results After the implementation of new safety management model, the incidences of security incidents and nursing defect were significantly lower than before (P＜0.05).Conclusion The management model of a “combination of hospitals and school”, “school's responsibility” and “parental involvement” can effectively reduce the occurrence of security incidents among nursing students.关键词
