参姜锁阳益气片对运动性疲劳的保护作用
The protective effect of Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet on sport fatigue kidney injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet on fitness and athletic ability of long-term high-intensity military training soldiers.Methods 210 soldiers in some region who lived under minus 30 degree centigrade were chosen and divided into two groups with random digit table method:Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet group( n =130) and control group( n =80).The changes of all objective index were observed before and after the drug treatment for two weeks followed by three kilometers running.Results ①The levels of Urea nitrogen and cortisol after taking drugs decreased significantly compared to that before treatment and the differences were significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ) in Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet group.②The differences of serum testosterone was significant between after and before the drug treatment for two weeks( P ＜0.05 )in Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet group.③Positive rates of urine protein after taking drugs decreased significantly compared to that before the treatment( P ＜ 0.05 )in Shenjiangsuoyang-yiqi tablet group after running.Conclusion Shenjiang-suoyang-yiqi tablet may increase endogenous testosterone level, decrease cortisol and blood urea nitrogen levels, and reduce the incidence of urine protein after excise,which indicate it can regulate endocrine system and improve the body fitness and endurance.关键词
