摘要
Abstract
This research explores issues arising from a series of education reform and training program of General Practice ( GP ), focusing on pedagogy and curricula development in particular. It aims to improve the quality of current GP education and equip students with sufficient GP knowledge and skills. Then the qualified general practitioners and nurses will be capable of improving health care in communities. Based on several years pracitce, it is proved that a series of education reform and training program have improved general practitioners' and nurses' knowledge and professional skills, and provided basis for sustainable development of community services.关键词
