Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of Qishenyiqi drop pills on early diabetic nephropathy ( DN ). Methods A total of 93 early DN patients were randomized into groups A ( given Qishenyiqi drop pills and enalapril ), B ( given only Qishenyiqi drop pills ), C ( given only enalapril ), 31 in each. Urinary albumin excretion rate ( UALB ), blood glucose, blood lipids, hemorheological indexes were observed and curative effects compared among three groups. Results UALB was significantly lower after treatment than before in 3 groups ( P ＜0. 01 ). There was significant difference in curative effect between 3 groups after treatment ( P ＜0. 05 ), group A better than groups B, C. No significant difference was noted in serum total cholesterol , triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen before treatment ( P ＞0. 05 ), but there was after treatment ( P ＜0. 05 ), groups A, B better than group C. Conclusion Both Qishenyiqi drop pills and Enalapril can decrease the level of UALB in patients suffering from early DN, but combined Qishenyiqi drop pills and Enalapril is better than single use. Qishenyiqi drop pills can improve blood fat and viscosity.关键词
