Innovative Design and Analysis Of Membrane Coupling with Compensatory Membrane
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of frequent failure for traditional membrane coupling, a new membrane coupling with compensatory membrane was designed based on the contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory. In addition, fatigue stress for traditional coupling and membrane coupling with compensatory membrane was analyzed by CosmosWorks. As a result:the high-stress zone and lower safety factor zone are located around gemels. So that damage may often be done at the zone; at the same condition, the high-stress zone and lower safety factor zone are reduced and anti-fatigue ability is increased in new coupling construction compared with traditional ones.关键词
