Abstract
Objective To discuss the expression and significance of imprinted gene SGCE in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ). Methods Cenes differentially expression between HCC and normal liver was analyzed base on the construction of gene expression profiling library of HCC. Clinical samples of HCC and corresponding non - tumorous liver tissues were collected for detection of gene expression of SGCE and PEG10 with real - time PCR. Results Expression of imprinted gene SGCE was up - regulated in HCC, with significant difference comparing with that in corresponding non -tumor liver tissues ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Furthermore , SGCE and another HCC - related gene PEG10 were up - regulated in a parallel pattern. In AFP - negative HCC, SGCE was up - regulated in 62％ cases. Conclusion Imprinted gene SGCE is related to hepatocarcinogenesis , and probably becomes a novel molecular marker for HCC.关键词
