Abstract
Objective To study the effect of danhong injection on vascular endothelial function related factors and inflammation factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 72 patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups: teatment group (n = 36) and control group ( n = 36).The control up was given with the conventional therapy , and tratment group was treated with intravenous drip of danhong injection (30 mL danhong injection added into 250 mL 0.9％ sodium chloride solution ,once a day) for 2 weeks besides the conventional therapy.The level of serum ET-1, NO, hs-CRP, Fg and TNF-α were tested before and after treatment.Results The serum ET-1 hs-CRP, Fg and TNF-α levels in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05) , and the level of NO was significantly increased compared with that in the control (P＜0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection decreases the level of serum ET -1, hs-CRP, Fg and TNF-α and elevate serum NO, which inhibiting inflammation factors expression and improving the endothelial function of the patients with UAP.关键词
