塑料改性用金红石型TiO2的一步法合成及表征
One-Step Synthesis and Characterization of Titanium Dioxide Powder for Plastic Modification
摘要
Abstract
A surface-modified titanium dioxide powder used for plastic modification was synthesized by one-step precipitating method at a low temperature using tetrabutyl titanate, nitric acid and vinyltriethoxysilane as raw materials. Microstructure of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transforrn infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope. The results indicate that the silane is grafted to the surface of single TiO2 particle by Ti-O-Si bond. The contact angle of the modified TiO2 with water is 144°, and the TiO2particles can stably distribute in xylene and homogeneously mix with the high density polyethylene.关键词
