Abstract
Objective : To study the application of skin flap fixation in breast cancer operation. Methods : One hundred and fifteen patients of breast cancer were included in this study from May 2009 to November 2009. All patients were divided into two groups, external fixation group( n = 52 )used the skill of skin flap external fixation and the control group ( n = 63 ) applied the routine way to suture the wound. Volum and time of drainage , incidence of seroma were observed and recorded. Results : The volume of drainage , the time of drainage tube exelcymosis in external fixation group were significantly less than those in control group. Conclusion : The skin flap external fixation at axillary fossa may reduce the total drainage volume and incidence of postoperative seroma.关键词
