Abstract
Objective To improve the medication knowledge, belief and compliance in aged patients with coronary heart disease by providing personalized discharge instructions. Methods A total of 101 aged patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Their medication knowledge and satisfaction degree to the discharge instructions were analyzed after they were given different kinds of discharge instructions. Results The scores of medication knowledge, belief and compliance and the satisfaction degree to the discharge instructions were higher in experimental group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized discharge instruction manual can improve the medication compliance in aged patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
