摘要
Abstract
O bjective A rctrospective study has been made on the clinical observation of 100 cases of intracranial tumors operation in order to elaborate the clinical analysis value of individual physiological target and increase the clinical outcome of theses diseases. Methods Select 100 cases of intracrarial tumors operation in a random from the patients accepted in two years. CT or the MRI inspection were carried on to clear the diagnosis before the operation. All patients were anesthctized by using the combined anesthesia of tacho-induction end tracheal intubation and vein. Results 71 cases had total removal.22 cases had big excises and 7 cases had partial excision in this group. After the complex and complete nursing,91 cases restored to a satisfactory condition after the operation,5 cases disabled and 4 cases died,2 of them died in the hospitalized period. Conclusion In the brain tumor patients,ICP increases to reach the peak level immediately before craniotomy and after extubation.explicit diagnosis and positive nursing have great significance to the patients with intracranial tumors operation.关键词
