纳米喜树碱的蛋白结合率及其在血清中的稳定性研究
Protein Binding Rate of Nano-camptothecin with Albumin and Its Stability in Serum

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the binding rate of nano-camptothecin in different species of protein and the stability of it in different species of serum. METHODS: HPLC method was used to detect the binding rate of nano-camptothecin in human albumin (AHS) and bovine albumin (ABV) and the stability of it in mice serum, bovine serum, human serum and phosphate solution.RESULTS: The binding rate of nano-camptothecin was (38.089 2 ± 2.903 4)% in ABV and (27.330 5 ± 4.261 8) % in AHS. The concentration of nano-camptothecin in human serum and bovine serum were higher than in phosphate solution and mice serum.CONCLUSION: Species of protein and serum are the key influencing factors of the stability of nano-camptothecin.关键词
