Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To promote the implementation of hematologic adverse drug reactions monitoring of the chemotherapeutic drugs, and to provide reference for the rational use of chemotherapeutic drugs. METHODS: Based on HIS and LIS, the software was designed for hematologic adverse drug reactions monitoring of chemotherapy drugs for lung cancer, whose main functions were collecting and inquiry, monitoring and caution, statistics and analysis, etc. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The software associates medication information with laboratory data, and hematological adverse drug reaction monitoring and caution have been achieved. It is of significance to guarantee the safety of drug use, improve rational use of chemotherapeutic drugs and re-evaluate its safety.关键词
