腹腔镜联合药物治疗中重度子宫内膜异位症疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical value of laparoscopic operations combined with endocrinal therapy on the treatment of mild and severe endometriosis.Methods: Laparoscopic operations were completed in 152 cases of mild and severe endometriosis.All post-operative cases were divided into 3 groups:50 cases were treated with synthesis progesterone( gestrinone ),62 with ganodotropin releasing hormone-analogue( GnRHa ), and 28 without endocrinal therapy.The recurrence rate, following pregnancy rate and side effects were compared.Results: The recurrence rates were 12.0％, 12.9％ and 30.0％ respectively in gestrinone, GnRHa group and the group without endocrinal therapy.The pregnancy rate were 28.57％ ,44.19％ and 17.86％ respectively.There was significant difference in recurrence rates and pregnancy rates among three group.Conclusion: Laparoscopic operations combined with post-operative endocrinal therapy have significant importance for enhancement of fecundity in infertile women with mild and severe endometroiosis.The treatment of GnRH-A with laparoscopic operation can increase pregnancy rate.关键词
