电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛疗效观察
Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji Points in Treating Central Pain After Spinal Cord Injury

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji points in treating central pain after spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty-four patients with central pain after spinal cord injury were treated with electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji points. Pre- and post-treatment evaluations were made using the Simplified Mcgill Pain Questionnaire, the Visual Analogous Scale (VAS) and the Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Results At the end of 2 treatment courses, all 6 pain parameter values decreased (P ＞ 0.0 5) and the activities of daily living (ADL) improved markedly (P ＞ 0.01 ). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji points has a marked therapeutic effect on central pain after spinal cord injury.关键词
