ZDY10000S钻机回转器箱体部件加工工艺路线研究
STUDY ON PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF GYRATOR BOX COMPONENTS IN ZDY10000S DRILLER
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the author researched the processing technology of gyrator box components used for ZDY10000S driller, and presented a new processing technology, which separately processes the box body and box cover from gyrator box components. And the new processing technology well satisfies the assemble interchange of box body and box cover in box components. After the rough machining procedure of box body and box cover, we added relief annealing into the processing, which improved the cutting capability and stability of box components. The author used the new technology to process box body and box cover,and the result shows that the new technology can both satisfy the design requirement and batch process requirement. Furthermore, it has good exchangeability.关键词
