摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the T-plate internal fixation for unstable distal radius fractures. Methods The efficacy of T-plate fixation for unstable fracture of the radius were observed in 18 patients during September 2004 to September 2009. Results A follow-up was performed for 12 - 26 months ( average 19.8 months ). All patients showed bone union after operation for 3 months. No significant decrease of clamping force and grip strength was found, and no vascular and nerve damage was observed. Conclusion T-plate internal fixation is an effective method for unstable distal radius fractures with satisfactory reduction and good postoperative function.关键词
