微生态制剂联合肠内营养对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠肠运转功能的影响

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influences of probiotics、 prebiotics and synbiotics supplement with enteral nutrition on the intestinal transfer of rats with acute severe pancretitis. Methods:Thirty Sprague-Dawley (SD) model rats of acute severe pancretitis , which had be administerated with enteral nutrition plus with prebiotics or probiotics 7 days were divided into five groups : EN group ( A), prebiotics+EN group ( B) ,probiotics+EN group ( C) ,synbiotics + EN group ( D) and control group (E)via jejunostomy . The nutrition support in the five groups was isonitrogen and isocaloric. Before sacrificed on the seventh day ,gastrointestinal transfer test was performed and vein blood was tested for MTL; Specimens of jejunum were obtained to measure the ATPase activity. Results: gat transfer index、the level of serum MTL decreased significantly in E group,the quantity of ATPase in gastrointestinal tissue decreased mostly in E group than other group. Compared with B group ,the levels of gat transfer index、Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in C group were higher. The level of serum MTL、Na+-K+-ATPase 、Ca2+ -ATPase was significantly higher in C groups than those in A and B group. although gat transfer index 、the level of serum MTL and gastrointestinal tissue ATPase activity increased in B and D group , there are no differences between synbiotics +EN group,prebiotics+EN group and E groups. Conclusion : Our results suggested that probiotics and EN can enhance the function of small intestinal peristalsis of SAP rat by promoting secretion of motilin and activity of ATPase while β-glucans can not.关键词
