某高校高干及高级知识分子血脂情况的分析
Analysis of blood fat of highly qualified intellectuals in a university
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of abnormal blood lipid of highly qualified intellectuals in one of Wuhan universities. Methocds The blood fat levels( TC ,TG,HDL-C , LDL-C )of 2 202 highly qualified intellectuals were tested and analyzed. Results The levels of TC ,LDL-C were related with sex and age. The levels of TC ,LDL-C increased with ageing below 50 years old, and peaked in subjects aged 51 - 60 years , then dropped after 70 years old. The levels of TC,LDL-C in male were higher than that in female below 50 years old,and reversed in subjects over 50 years old( P＜0. 001 ). The level of TC in male was higher than that in female( P =0. 005 ). TG level peaked in subjects aged 41 - 50 years, then decreased with ageing. The prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia was 56. 1％ for male and 59. 2％ for female. After grouping according to the risk of dyslipidemia, the prevalence rate in low-risk group,medium-risk group and high-risk group changed with ageing in male and female( P = 0. 001 ). Before 70 years old, the prevalence in male low-risk group decreased with ageing,while the rate in medium-risk and high-risk group increased as ageing, while after 70 years old ,the prevalence in low-risk group increased with ageing,and the rate in medium-risk and high-risk group decreased as ageing( P = 0. 001 ). In female .the prevalence in low-risk group increased with ageing hefore 50 years old, and decreased after 50 years old with ageing. The prevalence in medium-risk and high-risk female decreased with ageing before 40 years old, but increased with ageing after 40 years old( P =0. 001 ). Conclusion Dyslipidemia among highly qualified intellectuals in the university should be paid attention to. The middle-age man and post menopausal women should be emphasized for preventing the cardiovasc:ular disease.关键词
