电针足三里穴对大鼠胃电调节作用的研究
Accommodation on electrogastrogram by acupuncturing ST36(Tsusanli)in rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the regulation of gastric electrical wave after electroacupuncture at ST36( Tsusanli ) in normal rats. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into Tsusanli group, non-acupoint group , and normal c:ontrol group. The changes of gastric electrical wave were observed after electroacupuncture stimulus in stomach. Results The amplitude and discharge frequency of gastric wave were significantly higher in Tsusanli group than in the other two groups( P ＜0. 05 ), but there was no significant difference between non-acupoint group and normal control group( P ＞ 0. 05 ). The promotion and inhihition of gastric waves showed no significant difference in Zusanli group( P ＞0. 05 ). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at ST36 has a two-way adjustment on gastric waves.关键词
