Effects of evodiamine on invasion and polo-like kinase 1 expression of human gastric cancer cell
摘要
Abstract
Objective : To study the effects and mechanism of evodiamine on human gastric cancer cell .Methods: After human gastric cancer SGC7901 cell were treated with different doses of evodiamine , the growth of anchorage inclependence of cancer cell was studied by colony formation in soft agar . Invasion ability were determined by Boyden chamber , and the level of mRNA and protein of polo -like kinase 1 ( PLK1) gene were detected by real time RT -PCR and immumoflurescence method respectively. Results: Evodiamine could significantly inhibit both invasion ability and anchorage independence growth in dose -dependent manners. The level of mRNA and protein of PLK1 of cancer cells treated with evodiamine reduced in timeand dose-dependent manners . Conclusion : Evodiamine could inhibit invasion of human gastric carcinoma cell through down -regulating of PLK1 expression.关键词
