Expression and significance of CD105 in non small-cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of CD1054 expression in the occurrence, development and metastasis of non small - cell lung cancer( NSCLC ). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect CD1054 expression in samples from 100 cases of NSCLC and 50 cases of normal lung tissue. The differences of CD1054 expression among various clinical features were analyzed. Results CD1054 expression was significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than that in normal lung tissues( P ＜ 0.05 ). Moreover,the differences of CD1054 expression between NSCLC patients with pleura encroachment or lymphoid metastasis and those without were significant( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion CD105 is highly expressed and new vessels with positive CD105 expression appear in NSCLC patients. The detection of CD105 protein may be useful for the prediction of prognosis in these patients.关键词
