摘要
Abstract
The proper expanding pressure on tube to inner tubesheet of the double tubesheet heat exchanger is the main factor which directly affects the reliability of the heat exchanger. This hydraulic expansion simulation was carried out by the FEA software ANSYS in this paper. The best expansion pressure was obtained by the optimization design method. Moreover, the rationality of the simulation was verified by experiments. Then some suggestions about the expanding technology of the double tubesheet heat exchanger are provided.关键词
