摘要

Abstract

Microstructure,carbides phases and mechanical properties of 12CrlMoV superheater tube steel at different spheroidization grades were studied by using high temperature aging treatment test, metallography test,carbide electroextraction test,X - ray diffraction technology and tensile test. The results show that the relationship between carbide content and spheroidization grades shows a variation of parabolic type, and as a accelerated process,spheroidization included initial stage and midterm -later stage. It was mainly carbides phases transformation in initial stage,and carbides shape changing in midterm - later stage. The relationship of spheroidization grade to the ratio of carbides phases( M23C6/M3C) accorded with parabola equation approximately. With spheroidization grade aggravating, the high temperature strength of 12Crl MoV declined and elongation improved.
