12Cr1MoV过热器管劣化行为研究
Study on Degradation Behavior for 12Cr1MoV Superheater Tube
摘要
Abstract
Microstructure,carbides phases and mechanical properties of 12CrlMoV superheater tube steel at different spheroidization grades were studied by using high temperature aging treatment test, metallography test,carbide electroextraction test,X - ray diffraction technology and tensile test. The results show that the relationship between carbide content and spheroidization grades shows a variation of parabolic type, and as a accelerated process,spheroidization included initial stage and midterm -later stage. It was mainly carbides phases transformation in initial stage,and carbides shape changing in midterm - later stage. The relationship of spheroidization grade to the ratio of carbides phases( M23C6/M3C) accorded with parabola equation approximately. With spheroidization grade aggravating, the high temperature strength of 12Crl MoV declined and elongation improved.关键词
