益心舒胶囊与氟伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化内皮功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Yixinshu capsule and fluvastatin on endothelial function in experimental atherosclerotic rabbit model. Methods 32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, the first group of rabbit received a normal diet; The second group of rabbits was fed with a high cholesterol diet; the third group of rabbit received Yixinshu capsule; the fourth group of rabbit received fluvastatin. After 4 months, vein blood was obtaimed and blood lipid level was detected by enzyme method,the endothelial function was evaluated by HE staining and detection of endo-thelium dependent vasodilation. Results The level of TC, LDL was higher in high cholesterol diet group than control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). both Yixinshu and fluvastatin can reduce the level of TC and LDL( P ＜ 0.05 ). The degree of atherosclerosis was significantly lower in fluvastatin group and Yixinshu capsule group than that in high cholesterol diet group. The endothelium dependent vasodilation in Yixinshu group and fluvastatin group were higher than that in the high cholesterol diet group( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The treatment with Yixinshu capsule and fluvastatin significantly improved the function of endothelium dependent vasodilation and reduced the degree of atherosclerosis.关键词
