Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Cardiocerebral Tonifying Oral Solution by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Cardiocerebral Tonifying Oral Solution. Methods The HPLC- ELSD assay was performed on the Shimadzu C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- water(32∶68) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve of astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 1.78- 8. 90μg( r = 0. 999 8, n=5).The average recovery rate was 100.46％,RSD=1.28％(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used as the quantity control method for this oral solution.关键词
