摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Jiantian Granules by HPLC- ELSD. Methods The samples were separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-tetrahydrofuran (27:69:4) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The carrier gas was N2 with the gas pressure of 0. 41 MPa. The atomization temperature was 40 ℃. Results This method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 98-4. 9 μg for astragaloside Ⅳ. The average recovery rate was 99.08％with RSD 1. 11％ (n =6). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Jiantian Granules.关键词
