Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of osthole in Compound Kushenzi Lotion. Methods The DL-C18 column(150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (65:35:0. 1), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 322 nm. Results The calibration curve of osthole was in good linearity within the range of 0.0448-2.24 μg(r=0. 9995),the average recovery rate was 99.40％ with RSD 1.18％ (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used for determination of osthole in Compound Kushenzi Lotion.关键词
