Design and Simulation of Brushless DC Motor Control System Based on Stribeck Friction Model

Abstract
Taking account of the presence of friction load in actual operation of brushless DC motor (BLDCM)control system, used the advantages of fuzzy PID control, the scheme of fuzzy PID control algorithm for the system was proposed based on the Stribeck friction model.Based on the BLDCM math model, the system of double-closed loop control of current and speed for BLDCM was modeled and simulated based on the use of MATLAB/ Simulink,and compared with normal PID's.The simulation results demonstrated that the system which adopt fuzzy PID control algorithm based on the Stribeck friction model had good adaptability and anti-jamming ability, which was better than PID' s.关键词
