摘要
Abstract
Due to the spinning frame requirement with frequency control of motor speed, a scheme of developing the intelligence inverter to control the permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) of spinning frame was proposed. A cheap reliable main circuit with high temperature resistant characteristics was designed. The inverter control system and according software tool were also developed. A non-fan radiator was designed and installed in the inverter to avoid raising amount of dust in the spinning environment. In addition, the stable motor starting with load was also considered. Some possible applications of the intelligence inverter in future given.关键词
