水稻秸秆木质纤维素水解物中糖的测定方法比较
Comparison of Methods for Determination of Sugar Component in Straw Lignocelluloses Hydrolyzate
摘要
Abstract
In order to find a method to determine the sugar composition in straw lignocelluloses after being irradiated and conducted by enzyme, several methods, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and ion chromatography, were tested to separate and determine the mixture that consists of xylose, fruetose, glucose, rhamnose,galactose, maltose, cellobiose, galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid. The results showed that capillary electrophoresis and ion chromatography possessed high sensitivity, better selectivity and high efficiency separation. So capillary electrophoresis and ion chromatography could be applied in determination of sugar components in rice straw lignocelluloses hydrolyzate.关键词
