青蒿素高含量地区黄花蒿种质资源的简单重复序列区间分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Artemisia annua in High-content Artemisinin Area Revealed by ISSR Makers

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the genetic diversity ofArtemisia annua in high-content artemisinin areas, i.e. Guangxi, Guizhou and Chongqing. METHODS: 40 A. annua samples were analyzed by ISSR markers. The parameters were calculated by POPGENE 1.31 software and TREECONW software. The systematic diagram of genetic relationship was established by UPGMA method. RESULTS: The 84 DNA bands were amplified with 18 ISSR markers, and the percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) was 79.76%. ISSR analysis revealed at species level Nei's gene diversity=0.201 9, Shannon information index=0.324 4; At area level: Nei's gene diversity index were 0.186 7-0.194 3, Shannon information index were 0.293 6-0.307 3; Genetic distance was 0.146 7-0.449 3 with average value of 0.313 2. CONCLUSION: ISSR markers are effective method in revealing abundant genetic diversity of A. annua, which provide promising germplasm for further breeding.关键词
