Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the cost-effectiveness of 3 kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza preparations on angina pectoris (AP) of coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: A total of 137 cases accordance with the diagnosis standard received 3 kinds of therapeutic regimen respectively: tanshione Ⅱ A sodium sulfonate injection as therapeutic regimen A; Danshen injection as therapeutic regimen B; Danshen freeze-dried powder as therapeutic regimen C, qd, i.v.gtt. The curative effects were observed after 14 days, and cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted. RESULTS: The total effective rates of 3 kinds of therapeutic regimens were 86.96％ 、70.21％ and 86.36％. The costs of them were 4 896.23 yuan, 3 502.33 yuan and 3 807.25 yuan. The cost-effectiveness ratios were 5 630.44, 4 988.36 and 4 408.58, respectively. CONCLUSION: Therapeutic regimen C is superior in terms of the cost-effectiveness ratios among 3 kinds therapeutic regimens.关键词
