胆道镜下直视取石加术后中药内服保留胆囊治疗胆石症18例

摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical effects of fractures around the joints of shoulder, elbow, and wrist treated with over articular fixation of plastic paper splint. Methods From 1976 to 2010, a total of 2 800 patients in this retrospective study received bone setting manipulation, over articular fixation of plastic paper splint, and rehabilitation. The clinical results were evaluated according to The Standard of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effects for Diseases and Syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine issued by State Administrative Bureau of Chinese Medicine. Results The total effective rate was 91.8％, 92.3％, and 90.6％ in fracture of surgical neck of humerus, humeral supracondylar fracture, and Barton fracture, respectively. Conclusion Over articular fixation of plastic paper splint is proved to be very effective, safe,convenient, and cheap in the treatment of fractures around the joints of upper limbs.关键词
